Are you unable to attend an appointment? Please inform us in good time via email or WhatsApp, at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up at all, you will receive a 'no-show' invoice of €100. Please note that a no-show invoice is not reimbursed by the health insurer.
It is also possible to pay for your treatment yourself. A reason may be that you do not want your health insurer to be aware of your complaints, or you have other personal reasons. You do not need a referral.
